The concept for this project was developed in collaboration with the Lucent facilities team and Dean Architectural Alliance to accommodate their explosive growth and to resolve the continuous water damage problem they continued to encounter in the underground machine rooms located between the existing manufacturing and administration facilities. The proposed 45’ x 1,000’ atrium glass roof spans between the two buildings creating offices for research and development, library and a sports facility.
