The historical Whaler’s Wharf building was destroyed in a fire in 1998. This new development was designed as an outdoor pedestrian retail complex with shops, restaurants, cinema, artist’s studios and a penthouse apartment. Responsibilities included consultant services for construction documentation with particular attention to details and coordination.
